Property Acquisitions Manager – Snap Fitness UKOverview

Snap Fitness is seeking an experienced Property Acquisitions Manager to support the continued expansion of our gym network across the United Kingdom. This is a nationwide opportunity within a growing, dynamic fitness brand, working closely with franchisees and internal stakeholders to deliver new sites from identification through to legal completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, assess, and secure new gym locations nationwide in line with Snap Fitness expansion strategy
  • Prepare detailed site appraisals including commercial, planning, and location analysis
  • Produce high-quality board approval papers and investment summaries
  • Lead the offer process, from Heads of Terms through to legal completion
  • Liaise with solicitors, agents, landlords, and internal teams to progress transactions efficiently
  • Manage and support franchisee relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout the acquisition process
  • Maintain accurate records of site pipelines, negotiations, and completed deals
  • Support wider property and development initiatives as required
Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Proven client-side property acquisition experience for a retail, leisure, or hospitality brand
  • Strong understanding of commercial property transactions and lease negotiations
  • Experience managing deals from initial offer through to legal completion
  • Ability to prepare professional board-level documentation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Degree level qualification in a related discipline
