This is a full-time hybrid role based in the United Kingdom, combining both onsite and remote work. As a Client Side Project Manager at Lift Brands, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project planning and execution. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensuring timely delivery of projects
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners
- Maintaining project documentation
- Resolving any challenges that arise throughout the project lifecycle
- Running a project from inception to completion
- Onboarding new contractors and suppliers
- Health and Safety compliance
- Tendering and contractor appointment
- Weekly site visits
- Contract management alongside ad hoc industry-related tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with tendering, contract management and all facets of Health and Safety regulations within the construction industry
- Good understanding of all regulatory compliance
- Degree in construction/project management/building surveying or similar
- SMSTS or SSSTS
