We seek a dedicated individual with a deep understanding of the subject and a genuine passion for imparting knowledge to young minds.

As a Teacher of Religious Education, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons exploring the beliefs, practices, and moral dilemmas in various religious traditions.
  • Create an environment of open dialogue and critical thinking, encouraging students to explore their own beliefs and values while respecting those of others.
  • Cover diverse topics, including ethics, philosophy, and social justice, to develop students' moral and spiritual awareness.
  • Support students in developing their analytical and evaluative skills by studying sacred texts, historical events, and contemporary issues.
  • Organise and facilitate visits to places of worship, guest speaker sessions, and interfaith dialogues to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of different faith traditions.
