Lift Beacon High is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our new Autism Resource Provision (ARP). This exciting provision supports students with Autism and associated social communication needs, helping them access learning, build confidence and achieve success both within the ARP and across the wider school community.

Working alongside experienced teachers and HLTAs, you'll support the delivery of a bespoke curriculum, lead small-group interventions, and help students successfully integrate into mainstream lessons. You'll play a vital role in promoting independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes for our students.
