Job Purpose
Reporting to the Marketing and Brand Engagement Manager as well as the Senior Marketing and Brand Engagement Executive, the Marketing and Brand Engagement Executive role will have a varied and interesting set of responsibilities, across a range of different projects in marketing and brand engagement. You must be prepared to roll up your sleeves and have a ‘no task is too small’ attitude - like your teammates.
As part of our collaborative, tight-knit team, you will play an important role in helping us maintain Liforme’s exciting position as the most trusted and respected Yoga brand, while growing our global presence by helping improve our social media channels, increasing engagement, and inspiring Yogis worldwide. Ad hoc activations and short-term campaigns alongside ongoing projects keep our days exciting! We’re seeking someone who is keen to learn, has an eagle eye for detail and a willingness to go above and beyond to grow our business and brand. This role is well suited to a social media savvy individual with an interest in and knowledge of Yoga and wellness, and at least a couple of years’ basic experience of reasonably related work, who is proactive and enthusiastic, who enjoys a varied role, and who wants to develop within our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help with managing incoming marketing enquiries and collaboration requests.
- Support with preparing and delivering highly creative and engaging campaigns through Liforme’s social media and other community marketing channels.
- Assist with day-to-day handling of all social media channels including (but not limited to) Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and X.
- Support with content sourcing, scheduling of output, messaging and engagement.
- Help with our ongoing efforts to stay up to date with new trends, techniques, tools and processes to best manage and promote our brand on social media and through our other community marketing channels.
- Help with analysis and reporting on competitor activity and ongoing audience/market research.
- Perform various reporting and administration tasks to help us monitor, track, analyse and learn, with a proactive mindset to identify and recommend improvements to increase performance.
- Support the development and growth of the Brand Engagement team and the wider company by supporting with any other tasks as needed.
What you’ll have
Essential:
- A clear basic understanding of, and an evident passion for, social media and brand marketing generally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good reporting and analytical skills.
- Creative eye for engaging content.
- Highly personable and able to form great working relationships.
- Great organisational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and use your initiative.
- A ‘can do’ and ‘no job is too small’ (or too big!) attitude.
- Integrity and honesty in all that you do.
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience, with at least 1 year in brand marketing, social media marketing or similar.
- An interest in fitness, wellness and/or Yoga.
Advantageous:
- Experience working in the health and fitness and/or Yoga industry.
- Experience working in a start-up or fast-growing e-commerce business.
