Headquartered in central London and now working in a hybrid remote + office structure (currently Wednesday/Thursday at our office in the heart of Camden Town), we are continuing to grow and strengthen our team with the addition of further like-minded, bright and ambitious people.
As Operations Assistant your role will be to support the Operations Executive and Operations Manager, with the day-to-day administration supporting our global logistics and fulfilment. This role sits at the heart of the Operations function and has the responsibility for delivering exceptional service to our customers worldwide by helping us to maintain an efficient operational flow.
- Working closely with our external logistics partners and internal commercial teams.
- Assist with the management and administration of our supply chain, including invoice checking, quality control and related operational processes.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for our global warehouses, 3PL partners, courier providers, manufacturing partners, and internal Customer Experience and commercial teams.
- Support day-to-day operational order management across Shopify, WMS systems, courier platforms and 3PL warehouses, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Assist with the management of courier services, including raising and resolving courier queries, checking claims and invoices, and continuously reviewing opportunities to improve the customer delivery experience and cost efficiency for the business.
- Monitor and assist in the management of inventory across our multiple global warehouses, including regular stock checks, replenishment monitoring and proactively flagging stock risks or operational issues.
- Liaise closely with the Customer Experience team to support customer-facing operational queries, manage CE/Operations communication, and help ensure a smooth post-purchase customer experience.
- Coordinate regular Operations and Customer Experience meetings, including supporting agenda planning, discussion topics, frequency and follow-up actions.
- Carry out strategic monthly and ad hoc KPI reporting, including highlighting opportunities and making recommendations for service improvement, operational efficiency or cost savings.
- Support the management and review of returns processes across our warehouse network, helping to ensure consistency, accuracy and a positive customer experience.
- Support with other ad hoc tasks and administrative duties as required, within the Operations Team and the wider company as necessary, including general office administration duties.
