What You’ll Be Doing
Ready to jump into a career that’s full of purpose, energy, and real impact? At Lifeways Weston-Super-Mare, you’ll be joining a vibrant team supporting five incredible individuals with complex health needs. All use wheelchairs, and two require hoisting for transfers. You’ll be helping with:
- Full personal care and pad changes
- Medication support and health monitoring
- Assistance with eating and drinking
- Accessing the community—whether it’s a trip to the shops, a walk in the park, or a swim at the local pool
- Finding new activities and opportunities to enrich lives
