Ready to take the next step in your care career? We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to support our Supported Living services in Newcastle — helping people live independently and lead fulfilling lives.
What you’ll do
? Support the Service Manager with daily operations? Lead, coach, and mentor Support Workers? Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance? Promote person-centred care and continuous improvement
What you’ll need
?? NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)?? Supervisory experience in a care setting?? Flexibility to join a 24-hour on-call rota
