Join Us as a Care Team Leader – Inspire the Next Generation of Support Workers
Location: BrentHours: 7am-10pm, Monday to Sunday – working alternate weekendsShifts: Variable Pay: £14.95 per hour

Your Role As a Care Team Leader, you will:
- Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver outstanding care
- Ensure people we support live fulfilling, independent lives
- Support recruitment, training, and supervision of staff
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, professionals, and families
- Maintain accurate records using strong written and IT skills
