As a Support Worker, you\’ll empower individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and mental health needs to lead fulfilling lives. Every day, your work will make a meaningful difference.
People we support here have their own mobility vehicles so applicants must hold a full UK Driving Licence.
What You\’ll Do
– Deliver person-centred support in daily living activities
– Encourage independence and promote wellbeing
– Support individuals with appointments, hobbies, and community outings
– Maintain accurate records and follow personalised care plans
Shift Patterns
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), with shifts available between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday. Typical shifts include 8am-4pm, 10am-6pm, 2pm-10pm, 3pm-10pm, 4pm-10pm, and 8am-8pm. Flexibility is key, as we tailor support to meet the individual needs of the people we care for.

Brindley Moss is a purpose-built supported living service offering 12 modern one-bedroom apartments, each with an open-plan kitchen and lounge, and a wet-room style bathroom. The building also features a communal reading room, accessible garden, assistive technology (including Tunstall systems, intercom, and CCTV), level access, and a lift for upper floors.
Located in a vibrant residential area of Timperley, Brindley Moss offers easy access to cafes, pubs, restaurants, post office, library, Altrincham Market, Planet Ice, cinemas, leisure centres, public transport links, and picturesque walks along Bridgewater Canal.
