What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining a small, supportive team in Paulsgrove, helping eight amazing individuals with learning disabilities live independently and joyfully. Your day might include:
- Supporting with personal care and daily routines
- Helping with cooking, cleaning, and medication
- Assisting with finances and everyday tasks
- Using communication boards to connect and understand
- Encouraging hobbies, social outings, and community activities
- Providing emotional support and discovering new opportunities
