Mental Health Recovery Support Worker 

Location: Warrington

Hours: Full-time – to include week days, evenings, sleep-ins, weekends

We’re looking for caring, honest, and innovative individuals to join our dedicated team supporting people with enduring mental health needs in our enhanced Community Recovery service.

You’ll support individuals transitioning from institutional care to independent living in the community. Every person is unique, and we tailor our support to meet their specific needs. 

About You 

  • Experience in mental health support is helpful but not essential 

  • Willingness to learn and grow 

  • Strong communication and IT skills 

  • NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is a bonus – we’ll help you get it if not
