Shift Patterns
Because this is a new service, shift times may vary. Expected patterns include:
- Day shifts: 7am–3pm or 3pm–10pm
- Sleep-in shifts: 10pm–8am
Flexibility is important, and applicants should be available to work a range of shifts.

As a Support Worker, you’ll help individuals live more independently, confidently, and safely. The people you’ll support are active, enjoy getting out into the community, and benefit from a team that encourages their independence.
No previous experience is required — we provide full training and ongoing support.
