Now, we’re looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our Welton team.

Your Role as a Support Worker:
- The person we support at Welton has a variety of activities he enjoys out in the community, at his Day Centre, and with his family who live close by.
- You will need to possess excellent communication skills and be able to confidently and professionally liaise with his family and other members of his core team to ensure you support him effectively.
- A driver is preferred for this position to be able to drive the person’s Motability car.
- You will be supported throughout your time with our company by our friendly and supportive staff and management, and will receive additional training tailored to the needs of the customer(s) you support.
- Whether you’re an experienced Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant—or someone new to care with a passion for helping others—Lifeways will provide the training and support you need to thrive.
