Shift Details
- Full-time or part-time contracts available
- Shifts between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday
- Rotational shifts: days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins
- Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support
- Sessional/bank hours also available
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting adults at Reiver House, a warm, supportive residential service in Leyland, designed for people with complex needs to live meaningful, fulfilling lives. Reiver House supports people with:
- Learning disabilities
- Autism
- Acquired brain injuries
- Mental health needs
About the Service
Reiver House is a stimulating and friendly residential service featuring:
- Four bedrooms (three ensuite, one with access to a shared bathroom)
- A dining room, kitchen, living room, quiet room, TV room, and laundry room
- An accessible garden with a patio and BBQ area, perfect for enjoying time outdoors
Who Lives Here
The service supports men aged 20–50, all of whom are non-verbal — so someone joining the team should be comfortable supporting individuals with alternative communication needs. People here enjoy a mix of activities, including:
- Hydrotherapy pool sessions
- Trampolining and biking
- Feeding ducks
- Sensory activities, arts and crafts
- Walks, drives, TV, music and being in the community
- Trips to Blackpool and Southport are favourites
