We’re looking for Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Hambridge. This is a full-time or part-time role with shift patterns that include:
- 15-hour shifts
- Night shifts
- Weekend work is essential
- 37.5 hours full-time
Driving is essential for this role, so you’ll need a full UK driving licence.

About the Role
You’ll be supporting one individual with epilepsy, autism, and learning disabilities. They enjoy time to themselves, but also love getting out into the community. You’ll be there to help them:
- Visit parks, beaches, nature reserves, and local shops
- Enjoy peaceful car rides with music
- Build confidence and independence through meaningful outings
Support is provided 2:1 for 7.5 hours of the day, with some lone working during quieter times. You’ll also assist with:
- Personal care (with patience and encouragement)
- Medication and financial transactions
- Keeping the home clean and organised
- Completing paperwork during downtime
