At Lifeways, we’re more than just a care provider — we’re a passionate team supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to live life to the fullest. And right now, we’re looking for Support Workers to join our friendly Burton-on-Trent team!
Whether you’re experienced in care or just starting out, if you’ve got a big heart and a desire to help others, we’ll give you all the training and support you need to thrive.
- Contract – Full-Time (35 hours)
- Shift Pattern – Shifts: 07:30–14:30 or 14:30–21:30 – Must be available to cover 7 days a week. Every other weekend off.

Our specialist residential home supports 9 adults in a warm, welcoming environment. With spacious ensuite bedrooms, a sunny kitchen, activity room, and peaceful private garden, it’s a place where people feel safe, supported, and empowered.
We’re just minutes from Burton Town Centre, with easy access to shops, cafes, leisure centres, and beautiful parks — perfect for community outings and everyday adventures.
