Shift Details
Full‑time (37.5 hrs/week between Monday - Sunday)

Who We’re Looking For
An experienced Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care or a motivated Support Worker or Care Assistant ready to take the next step. We want to hear from you. If you bring the passion, we’ll bring the training, development and progression.

Your Role
As a Team Leader, You Will:

  • Inspire and guide a team of Support Workers
  • Deliver exceptional, person‑centred care
  • Support recruitment, training and staff development
  • Communicate confidently with colleagues, families and professionals
  • Use digital systems to maintain accurate, high‑quality records
