Are you an experienced Support Worker looking to take the next step in your career? Lifeways is seeking a dedicated and motivated Care Team Leader to support our Service Manager in overseeing our well-established Supported Living Service in Lincoln LN6. Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers with an NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Ambitious Support Workers or Care Assistants with a strong track record and a desire to progress – we’ll support your growth with training and development
