Waking Night Support Worker – Lincoln

  • Monitoring and responding to individual needs throughout the night.
  • Supporting with personal care routines, where required.
  • Ensuring a calm and safe environment for restful sleep.
  • Recording and reporting any changes in health or behaviour.
  • Promoting independence and dignity in every interaction.
  • Supporting with morning routines and preparing for the day ahead.
  • Responding to emergencies and following established protocols.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and handover notes.
