We are recruiting Support Workers to join our team in Brentwood! At Lifeways, we put the people we support at the heart of everything we do and are looking for individuals who share our values to join us as Support Workers in Brentwood. We provide a comprehensive training and induction programme, welcoming those without prior experience who are eager to enter the sector and deliver exceptional care.

Our Support Worker role is vital to our team, ensuring the individuals we support can live as independently as possible within their own homes and communities. Our organization supports individuals every day of the year, so roles will involve working both weekdays and weekends. The Brentwood Support Worker position involves 10 or 12-hour shifts: 8am-8pm, 10am-10pm, or 12pm-10pm.
