Support Workers are responsible for ensuring the people we support receive the highest standard of care. Responsibilities include personal care, household tasks, cooking, shopping, and supporting social and leisure activities.

Ideally, you will have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant. If you are new to care but passionate about helping others lead their most independent lives, Lifeways offers excellent training and ongoing support to help you build a rewarding career with us.

All applicants are required to complete a DBS check, which is paid for by the company.
