Deputy Manager – Waterside House - Stafford

Location: Good public transport links for non-drivers.

We are looking for an inspiring Deputy Manager to join Waterside House development — 15 beautifully designed one-bedroom apartments. As Deputy Manager, you will support the Service Manager to ensure exceptional, person-centred care is delivered to the people living here, enabling them to live independently while receiving the exact package of recovery support that they need. You will lead with purpose, inspire confidence, and drive excellence — shaping the future of care at Heron Court.

What You Will Bring

  • Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable or working towards)
  • Proven experience in team leadership and operational management
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care — and leading by example

If you embody empathy, courage, honesty, equality, and passion, you will feel right at home here.
