The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Service Manager to lead a supported living flat scheme in BUXTON . You will be responsible for the delivery of care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour, and some physical disabilities who have varying complexity in their individual support needs.

What You’ll Bring
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care with Level 5 being desirable (or working towards it)
