Acorn Court SIL is a modern, purpose‑built service offering 16 self‑contained apartments for adults living with mental health conditions. Each apartment includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and lounge, providing privacy and autonomy while 24/7 support remains available.

The service promotes recovery, stability and independence. The team works closely with each person to build routines, develop coping strategies and rebuild community connections.

Shift Pattern

  • Morning shifts
  • Afternoon shifts
  • Sleep‑in shifts
  • Full flexibility required, including weekends
  • 5‑week rolling rota

  • Supporting individuals with daily routines and emotional wellbeing
  • Encouraging independence and self‑management of mental health
  • Promoting recovery‑focused activities and community engagement
  • Working as part of a close‑knit, trauma‑informed team
