Product Owner Lead – Finance & HR Systems

Own the systems that power our people and finances.

Lifeways is seeking a
Product Owner Lead
to manage and improve our Finance & HR tech stack – including
Unit4 ERP, Hireserve (ATS), PayDashboard, Cornerstone (LMS)
, and billing systems.

This is a
key leadership role
in our Applications team, overseeing technical development, vendor management, system integration, and direct support for critical business functions like Payroll, HR, Recruitment, and L&D.

What you\’ll do:

• Lead the development and optimisation of finance and HR platforms
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle and system support
• Manage a team of 4 (SMEs & Analysts)
• Build integrations and streamline workflows
• Work closely with stakeholders and 3rd party vendors

What we\’re looking for:

• Strong experience with
  Unit4 ERP
  and SaaS-based HR/Finance systems
• Proficient in
  T-SQL, API integration
  , and systems troubleshooting
• Experienced in stakeholder management and driving change
• Skilled in process optimisation and supporting digital transformation
• Bonus: Power BI, Azure, or large-scale system migration experience
