We are looking for a Male Care Team Leader to join our vibrant supported living service in Wolverhampton, working alongside our Service Manager to guide a dedicated team and support adults with learning disabilities to live life to the fullest.

What You’ll Do

As a Care Team Leader, you’ll be a role model and motivator, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care while supporting your team to thrive. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching and developing staff through supervisions, appraisals, and training
  • Overseeing medication and finance audits
  • Conducting health and safety checks
  • Liaising with families, professionals, and external agencies
  • Supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviour

Contract: 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: 07:00–14:30 / 14:30–22:00 / Sleep-in 22:00–07:00 (on rota)

Driving: Beneficial but not essential

On-call: Rota-based
