As we continue to modernise and strengthen our digital landscape, we’re looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to help us maintain, improve, and innovate across our technology environment.

As an Infrastructure Analyst, you’ll provide expert third-line support and play a key role in the administration, optimisation, and evolution of Lifeways’ infrastructure services — spanning systems, networks, and Azure cloud platforms. You’ll act as an escalation point for complex issues, ensuring system stability, security, and performance. Alongside day-to-day operations, you’ll contribute to exciting infrastructure and cloud transformation projects that underpin Lifeways’ growth and digital ambitions.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide third-line technical support, resolving complex infrastructure issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Manage and optimise Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and core IT systems.
  • Support and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, firewalls, switches, and telephony systems.
  • Assist in managing Azure cloud resources, including virtual machines, networking, and identity services.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Contribute to security and compliance, ensuring best practices are applied consistently.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams and third-party vendors.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement across the infrastructure environment.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in infrastructure support or administration.
  • Strong understanding of Windows and/or Linux systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
  • Azure certifications (e.g. AZ-104, AZ-500).
  • Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Bash).
  • Exposure to IT security tools and best practices.
