Join Lifeways Group as a Care Team Leader in Woolston, Hampshire. This permanent, full‐time role (37.5 hrs per week) is offered at £13.70 per hour.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of support workers, ensuring person‐centred care is delivered.
  • Recruiting, supervising and developing staff, conducting candidate interviews and staff supervisions.
  • Maintaining written records, using IT and communicating effectively with staff, people supported and external professionals.
  • Supporting people with learning difficulties, autism, challenging behaviours and mobility issues, including manual handling and organising community activities.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
  • NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is an advantage for experienced team leaders or senior support workers.
  • Dedication to progress from a Care Assistant or Carer with a strong track record; personal care experience required.
  • Excellent communication, written communication and IT skills.
