Shift Pattern

  • Morning shifts: 7:00am – 2:30pm
  • Afternoon shifts: 2:30pm – 10:00pm
  • Full flexibility required, including Weekends
  • Sleep-in shifts are also required. You will receive additional payments of £69 for each sleep-in shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
  • Encouraging independence and community involvement
  • Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
  • Working as part of a close-knit, caring team
  • You’ll be driving a company vehicle so a Full UK driving licence is essential
