Female Care Support Worker – Leicester (LE5). Lifeways Group is hiring for the Leicester service. Salary £12.21 per hour. Post Code LE5 6PY. Location: Leicestershire. Permanent, full-time role as a Support/Care Worker.
Where would you be working?
Spencefield Gardens is a friendly supported living service in Evington, Leicester, offering care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Set across four modern homes, the service provides a calm, engaging environment with activities like gardening, swimming, and day trips. Strong community ties and easy access to local amenities make it a great place to grow—for the people we support and the team members who work with them.
What you’ll be doing

What we’re looking for

Shift pattern
- Full-time 37.5 hours
- Morning shifts: 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Afternoon shifts: 3:00pm – 10:00pm
- Night shifts: waking night
- Full flexibility required, including weekends
