Shift Pattern
- Full-time 37.5 hours
- Morning shifts:7:00am – 3pm
- Afternoon shifts: 3pm – 10:00pm
- Night shifts:waking night
- Full flexibility required, including weekends

Spencefield Gardens is a friendly supported living service in Evington, Leicester, offering care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Set across four modern homes, the service provides a calm, engaging environment where individuals enjoy activities like gardening, swimming, and day trips. With strong community ties and easy access to local amenities, it’s a great place to grow—both for the people we support and the team members who work with them.
