Are you a confident and compassionate Care Support Worker ready to transform lives?

As Lifeways, we believe in the power of care to change lives. As the UK’s largest supported living provider, we’ve been proudly serving communities since 1995. We’re now looking for dedicated Female Care Support Workers to join our team in Bartley Green.

Shift Pattern: 7:00am–2:30pm and 2:30pm–10:00pm (Flexible across a 7-day week)
Contract: Part time – 22.5 Days

For this service, we require staff who are willing and able to drive our company vehicles. Therefore, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence.

This service is ideal for a mature individual who enjoys an active and social lifestyle. The people we support lead vibrant lives, engaging in a wide variety of meaningful activities tailored to their interests and preferences.

From walking in the local area and gardening, to participating in bingo, volunteering at the local food bank, and attending the gym—there’s always something happening. Many enjoy shopping, listening to music, watching television, and spending time in the community. Social events such as club nights are also popular among those we support.

We take pride in celebrating achievements—one individual recently earned a silver medal in hockey at the Special Olympics, showcasing the incredible potential and spirit within our community.
