Your Role as a Support Worker:
- You’ll play a vital role in helping individuals live safely, confidently, and independently.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting with personal care, daily routines, and household tasks
- Encouraging hobbies like gardening, table tennis, pool, football, music, and cooking
- Promoting independence and wellbeing through community outings and activities
- Accompanying individuals on day trips
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the team
