The Opportunity

Deputy Manager – Mental Health – Exeter

We’re looking for an inspiring Deputy Manager to join Acorn Court in Exeter; as Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Service Manager to ensure exceptional, person-centred care is delivered to the people living here, enabling them to live independently while receiving the exact package of recovery support that they need.

Acorn Court is a development of 16 high quality, self-contained apartments in Exeter, providing accommodation and 24-hour support.

  • Lead with passion and professionalism, supporting people living with mental health conditions.
  • Champion quality and continuous improvement across all areas of service delivery.

What You’ll Bring

  • Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable or working towards)
  • Proven experience in team leadership and operational management
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care — and leading by example
