Your Role
As Care Team Leader, you will:
- Lead and motivate a team of support workers
- Ensure high standards of person-centred care
- Support recruitment, supervision, and staff development
- Communicate effectively with staff, professionals, and the people we support
- Maintain accurate records using strong written and IT skills
