Your Role as a Team Leader

Responsibilities
- Lead, advise and motivate a team of Support Workers.
- Support the Service Manager in delivering excellent services.
- Ensure compliance with external regulatory standards.
- Conduct supervisions, team meetings and staff development.
- Participate in the 24‑hour on‑call rotational system.
- Promote person‑centred approaches and positive outcomes for the people we support.
Qualifications and Experience
- Hold an NVQ/SVQ Level 3 or QCF Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Have relevant experience in the care sector.
- Have previous supervisory or management experience.
- Possess strong communication and leadership skills.
- Be flexible and committed to delivering high‑quality care.
