Shift Pattern

• Early Shifts: 7am-2.30pm
• Late shifts: 2.30pm-10pm
• Night cover may also be required
• Full flexibility required, including weekends

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting individuals with daily living and personal goals
• Encouraging independence and community involvement
• Providing emotional and practical support
• Collaborating with a close‑knit, caring team
