Role
We’re looking for Support Workers to join our vibrant team in Ilminster. This is a full-time role with shift patterns that include:
- 14‑hour shifts
- Day shifts
- Sleep‑ins required
- Weekend work is essential
- 37.5 hours full‑time
You’ll need to be a driver with a full UK licence to use our company cars.
About The Role
You’ll be supporting two sociable residents with complex health needs who love getting out and about. Your day will involve:
- Shopping trips
- Days out in the community
- Light‑hearted activities around Ilminster
