At Lifeways, we believe in the power of care to change lives. As the UK’s largest supported living provider, we’ve been proudly serving communities since 1995. We’re now looking for dedicated Care Support Workers to join our team in Bartley Green.
Shift Pattern: 7:00am–2:30pm and 2:30pm–10:00pm (Flexible across a 7-day week)
Contract: Full time - 37.5 and Bank - 0 Hour Sessional

This service is ideal for a mature individual who enjoys an active and social lifestyle. The people we support lead vibrant lives, engaging in a wide variety of meaningful activities tailored to their interests and preferences. From walking in the local area and gardening, to participating in bingo, volunteering at the local food bank, and attending the gym—there’s always something happening. Many enjoy shopping, listening to music, watching television, and spending time in the community. Social events such as club nights are also popular among those we support.
