Are you ready to lead a team that empowers people to live independently? Lifeways Group is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our new Supported Living services in North Shields. This service is a one person service supporting and enabling a gentleman to live independently.
Location: North Shields, Tyne and Wear
Employment type: Full-time, Rotational On-Call
Salary / rate of pay: Β£13.70
What You'll Do
- Support the Service Manager in overseeing service delivery
- Supervise and mentor Support Workers
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards
- Promote person-centred care and continuous improvement
What You'll Need
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Proven supervisory experience in a care setting
- Flexibility to participate in a 24-hour on-call rota
