This role is to work on an ad hoc/as and when basis. These roles are vital to the smooth running of our service.

Responsibilities
  • Be a Bank/Sessional Support Worker at our Lincoln service on an ad hoc basis.
  • Support the service to operate smoothly and safely on a day-to-day basis.
  • Assist with care and support tasks as part of a friendly team for people with physical and learning disabilities.
  • Ensure residents feel valued and respected through your interactions and support.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and person-centered environment.
  • Shift pattern includes early and late shifts with sleep-ins.
