Are you a dedicated Senior Support Worker ready to take the next step in your career? Weâre looking for a Care Team Lead to join our established service in Amersham, working alongside our Service Manager to lead and support a passionate team delivering personâcentred care.
Shifts examples: 7.45am - 3.15pm, 3pm - 10.30pm, also shifts between these times. Sleep ins are required.

About the Role
As a Care Team Leader, youâll play a key role in ensuring highâquality, personâcentred care is delivered to the people we support. Youâll lead by example, motivate your team, and help individuals live fulfilling and independent lives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and mentoring support workers.
- Conducting staff supervisions and interviews.
- Promoting best practices and personâcentred care.
- Communicating effectively with staff, the people we support, and external professionals.
- Maintaining accurate records and using IT systems confidently.
Who Weâre Looking For
We welcome applications from experienced Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers with an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). However, if youâre a committed Care Assistant or Support Worker with a strong track record and the ambition to progress, weâll provide the training and development you need to succeed.
