About the Role

The Lifeways Group is one of the UK’s leading providers of support services for adults with learning disabilities. We have a great opportunity for an experienced Team Leader in our supported living service in Prudhoe.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Service Manager to oversee a supported living service, maintaining high standards and systems.
- Ensure compliance with all external regulatory standards.
- Support and supervise Support Workers within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and supervise the delivery of person-centred services.
- Assist in completing accurate rota and timesheet information.
- Promote health and safety for service users and staff.
- Ensure staff actions support care, protection, and well-being.
- Develop knowledge and practice for continuous improvement.
- Provide support and supervision to Area Office Support Workers.
Essential Experience and Qualifications
Ideally, you will hold an NVQ/SVQ 3 or a QCF Level 3 award in Health and Social Care or equivalent, with relevant experience. Supervisory experience is essential. Flexibility to participate in a 24-hour on-call rotational system is required.
