Lifeways is seeking a Team Leader to support the Management Team at Heath Farm, our Residential Services supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, mental health issues, and challenging behaviour in all aspects of their daily lives.

Experienced Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers holding an NVQ / QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) would be an advantage. However, dedicated Care Assistants or Carers with a solid track record and ambition to progress are also encouraged. Lifeways offers excellent training and ongoing development for a rewarding career.
As a Team Leader, you will lead and motivate a team of support workers, ensuring that excellent person-centred care and support are delivered to enable individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives.
You will be involved in recruitment, staff supervision, candidate interviews, and providing guidance and expertise. Excellent communication skills, effective interaction with staff, supported individuals, and outside professionals are essential. Good written communication and IT skills for record keeping are also required.
