What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Support two individuals at Sutton Park in Blunsdon, who have Autism, Learning Disabilities, CHARGE syndrome, and Polydipsia. One person uses a modified form of Makaton to communicate. Help with eating and drinking and support them to engage in community activities such as shopping, swimming, walking, and meals at local venues. Provide person-centred care and promote inclusion.

This is a lively, active service that suits energetic support workers who are passionate about inclusion and person-centred care.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for helping others live independently
• Flexibility to work across a 24-hour rota, including alternate weekends
• Drivers preferred, but not essential
• Previous care experience is welcome, but not required—we’ll provide full training
