Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals with everyday tasks, encouraging personal growth, and promoting wellbeing, while building genuine, rewarding relationships. You’ll support people with learning disabilities, autism, autistic spectrum disorders, complex needs and behaviours that challenge to lead fulfilling, independent lives. You’ll provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you thrive in a rewarding career.
