Join Lifeways Group as a Bank Support Worker – Rutherglen. Location: Glasgow, G20 0LW. Role: Sessional/Casual Support/Care Worker. Company: Lifeways Group. Salary: £12.60 per hour.

We’re recruiting Support Workers to join our team at Castle Street, Rutherglen, where we provide high-quality residential support for individuals aged 20 to 65. We offer comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you thrive, whether you’re experienced in care or new to the sector.

Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support tailored to each individual’s goals and progress.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to support independence and wellbeing.
  • Adhere to company policies and safeguarding protocols while delivering high-quality care.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and career progression.

Shift patterns

Flexible bank positions: 8am–8:30pm and 8pm–8:30am.
