We’re looking for an inspiring Deputy Manager to join Thorne House for a 3 Month Fixed term contract. As Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Service Manager to ensure exceptional, person‑centred care is delivered to the people living here, enabling them to live independently while receiving the exact package of recovery support that they need. Here, residents enjoy both vibrant community connections and the independence of their own space — and you’ll play a vital role in making that possible. A driver would be ideal for this role, however there are good transport links for non‑drivers.

In this role, you will:
