Hours: Part Time - 24 hours per week
Shifts: 9am - 3pm (4 x 6 hour shifts per week) or 9am - 9pm (2 x 12 hour shifts per week)
We’re looking for compassionate and proactive Support Workers to join our team at Worcester, supporting individuals in leading valued and fulfilling lives. About the Role
You’ll be supporting adults with:
- Learning disabilities
- Autism
- Physical disabilities
- Acquired brain injuries
Support is tailored to each person’s unique needs, helping them live more independently in their homes and communities. In this role you will be supporting 3 people in their own homes, helping with shopping, meals out, cleaning and meal prep. This role does not involve any personal care or manual handling. A driver is preferable but homes are close together and can walk between.
Your Responsibilities as a Support Worker
You’ll support with:
- Personal care and wellbeing
- Medication support
- Meal planning and preparation
- Household tasks
- Building confidence and independence
- Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs
- Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with your team
Please note: The days of work for this role are Monday, Thursday and Saturday - 9.30 am - 2.30 pm.
